El Pájaro Verde is a rural house with stone architecture for 8 people, located in the town of Fompedreza in the Plaza de Ayuntamiento in the heart of the Ribiera del Duero.
It is built on top of a hillside and below are the wineries.
It is a very traditional and very spacious house that consists of 2 floors.
On the ground floor you will find:
- The fully equipped kitchen for any use you need.
- Living room with wood stove.
- 1 double room - 1 full bathroom.
On the 2nd floor there is:
- Another full bathroom.
- 3 rooms, of which 1 is double and the other 2 with single beds.
- 1 attic with a table and chairs
On the exterior of the house we have:
- A corral-patio with a gazebo and garden with its furniture
-Stone barbecue - 2 porches
- Parking area
