- Interior of 220 square meters: the house has 4 rooms on the ground floor and another in the attic. Three of them are doubles, with 2 single beds each and their own bathroom. The fourth room is a triple room, with 3 single beds. In the attic there are 4 single beds. Both floors have a kitchen, dining room and living area. It has an interior patio that connects the ground floor with the attic.
- Exterior: garden of 500 m2 with porch and barbecue, abundant vegetation (olive trees, orange trees, lemon trees, cypresses, palm trees, boxwoods, loquats, eucalyptus, and dracenas), XX XS1 sources and pool.
- Swimming pool or outdoor hammam with jets, made of natural stone.
- Multipurpose room for tastings, meetings and events.
- Massage room. Relaxing massages of half an hour and one hour, for the whole body, head or legs, with aromas (jasmine, mint, cinnamon-orange, amber, rose and lavender).
- Visits to the winery and vineyards. Preparation of artisanal wines and recovery of native varieties such as "Albillo Real".
