El Mirador Del Abuelo

The rural house is located on the outskirts of the town of Comares, in the province of Malaga, exactly 8 km away. This means that the house is only surrounded by countryside and mountains, being perfect to come and observe nature, as its name suggests, and enjoy the tranquility without anyone bothering you.

The accommodation has a capacity for 9 people maximum, ideal for several families, couples or a group of friends.

Inside it has a spacious living-dining room presided over by a fireplace that will be queen on winter afternoons. The kitchen includes all the appliances and the kitchenware and utensils necessary for cooking. In addition, 2 full bathrooms are distributed in the house to be shared between its 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles and a third quadruple room.

We also have a crib in one of the double bedrooms and one of the sofas in the living room converts into a sofa-bed, to accommodate another guest.

The exterior area of the house is spectacular. A private property, completely fenced, with views of nature that we can enjoy from the terrace.

It also has a large pool, also fenced for the safety of children, with sun loungers around it and a slide to enjoy the pool in a different way.

Finally we also find an area equipped with a barbecue with garden furniture next to it, more specifically tables and chairs, to enjoy summer nights with a good barbecue.

The rural house is located in an ideal location. As its name indicates, its rooms serve as natural viewpoints, from which to contemplate the views of the la Axarquía fields.

The views it offers us range from the variety of flora in the area to fauna, where we can find palms, thyme or rabbits.

Also interesting are visits to the most characteristic towns of the region such as Periana, Canillas de Aceituno, Sierra Tejeda or Comares, the latter being the closest to the house, just 8 km away.
