El Conserje- Villa Soramar Basetes

A beautiful villa with terrace is located in denia and is close to the beaches of the Costa Blanca. It is ideal to share with your loved ones and enjoy a quiet vacation with them in a unique place.

This accommodation has space for maximum 4 people and its 70 m2 interiors are divided into:

• 2 bedrooms: both with 1 double bed dressed and headboard. They have a clear design, very luminous.

To the sides of the mattress are the nightdies with lamps and in them you can find seats and comfortable for luggage, although they have cabinets too.

• 1 bathroom with a large shower and bathtub, very complete. It has a decoration with green tones and white furniture.

On the marble sink there is a beautiful mirror that includes superior light and in front of a bidé at your disposal.

Within the toilet area you can leave the bathroom items in the waterproof shelf and you will be covered by a screen.

We will provide you free and essential towels during your stay.

• 1 well equipped kitchen with an L -shaped countertop.

It has a table inner and also includes both complete dishes, and appliances key as the oven.

• 1 living room that combines blue and white. It has a dining room quite wide and 1 sofa. Next to him there is also a armchair.
