- A spacious dining room in which we have a comfortable sofa where you will be able to settle in to watch the plasma television and relax. Next door, we have a dining table in natural wood with chairs or benches so you can eat together. The house is heated and has free Wi-Fi.
- The kitchen communicates with the dining area thanks to its office, and inside we have electrical appliances and utensils so you can cook calmly at home.
- 2 full bathrooms, one of them with a shower and the other en suite with a hydromassage bathtub, to which we must add a functional toilet for which we leave you sets of towels.
- 3 spacious double bedrooms, equipped so that 2 of them have a large double bed, with sheets in summer and duvet covers and duvets in winter, while the third consists of a pair of large single beds and medium.

- A large terrace with awnings for hot days where you can enjoy a coffee or a meal and the tranquility of the urbanization.

I would highlight about the house, the tranquility that there is, despite being an urbanization of 10 houses, in the mornings, the most likely thing is that you will only hear the birds. It also has a good orientation, which makes it a very sunny and bright home.
