Don Roque I

Don Roque I is located at the foot of the Urbasa Natural Park. It is a spacious rural house with capacity for 12 people and 2 extra beds not included in the price, a perfectly preserved natural stone and brick façade and the entire house on the ground floor, very comfortable with children.

The house has 6 double bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed and the rest with 2 beds. They all follow the same line of decoration. It is characterized by its white walls and large windows that bring light to the rooms. Each room has its own fully equipped bathroom.

There is also a kitchen with essential appliances such as a microwave, oven, ceramic hob... it is an office-type kitchen, with an American bar that communicates with the living room. Its furniture is modern in metallic and white tones.

The living-dining room is equipped with a brick fireplace, television, a large wooden table along with two other tables with their respective chairs for a good number of people.

It also has a gathering room with television and sofas, it incorporates a light wooden table that serves as both a games table and a dining table.

In the house there is also space for the games room, where you will find everything from a billiards, foosball, paddle table... and even a trampoline to have fun during the months of good weather located in the outdoor area.

The garden space has a barbecue and swings area, great for the summer months.

Both the garden space and the games room are shared with the Don Roque II house.

In addition to all these services, we also have heating throughout the rural house and Wi-Fi connection.
The first house can be rented next to the second with capacity for 20 + 3 extras in 10 rooms.

In Abarzúza, the town where our accommodation is located, we recommend that you visit some of the most unique places in the Estella Region:

• The Monastery of Santa María de Iranzu, popular for its cloister with an interior patio, its pointed arches and the choir.
• The different wineries and cheese factories that are distributed throughout the Iranzu-ko lands.
• Walks through the center to see the traditional emblazoned houses and around the surroundings, where you will discover monuments such as the 3 hermitages, the Erbioz Ravine or the Iranzu River canyon.
• Excursions through the Urbasa mountain range under the green and shadowy beech forests

One of the water areas of greatest natural beauty is theNacedero del Urederra, a place where you can cool off and contemplate the course of the river from the outskirts of the municipality.

You can also take boat rides through the Alloz swamp, or enjoy visiting the Basabere farm-school in Lezaun, where there are all kinds of animals.
