Description of CR Herencia de Ganaderos
Our accommodation is located at San Martín de la Vega del Alberche (Ávila), a town straddling the Sierras de Villafranca and that of Gredos.
It is a country house of ancient origin, which, while maintaining its main stone structure, and thus preserving its great charm, it has been restored to include comfortable modernities for a relaxing enjoyment of a cozy stay.
Its maximum capacity is for 5 people, since it has an extra place, and it is a perfect place for a family getaway, especially with children, since it offers a safe space.
The rooms that the house includes are several:
In the center of the house, we find a pleasant interior landscaped patio, where you can enjoy good weather in the area of loungers or preparing a good meal in the barbecue.

- The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa in white, accompanied by a matching relaxing armchair, both ideal places to rest while watching the television. In addition, this space has a warm pellet stove to heat the environment in a matter of minutes on colder days.
- The dining room is part of the living room and features a dark wood table along with four pretty wicker woven chairs.
- The open kitchen es y is separated from the dining room by a practical American bar that includes a pair of stools. Its interior is fully equipped both with beautiful furniture and modern appliances of all kinds.
- Through a couple of steps, we access the rest area that consists of two double rooms that, in both cases include a practical desk, as well as television at the foot of the bed. To reach the total capacity of the house, in any of the two rooms an extra bed can be added.
- Regarding the hygiene issue, we have, next to the living room, a functional toilet, while the two full bathrooms of the house are integrated into the rooms and have Italian shower tray, in addition to offer free toiletries.
