We are at San Marín de la Vega del Alberche, a beautiful town from Avila that offers a rural environment to enjoy a getaway or vacation in total disconnection.
The accommodation is a cozy apartment with a maximum capacity of for three people.

Both the exterior of the house and its interior are built in stone, adding a rustic touch to this great space for rest and relaxation.
The apartment is divided into two floors:

• Ground Floor

Here all the interior space is divided into an open-plan area that is separated by rooms. As a central element we have the wood burning fireplace, offering a pleasant warmth in winter. One of the environments is the living room, composed of a pair of sofas around the television, and next to this space, the dining room, with a table for four people.
The kitchen is the next environment, formed by a set of furniture and appliances with modern lines that offer a complete equipment with everything you may need during your stay.
The sleeping area includes a large double bed, to which can be added a second extra bed, and the possibility of a baby cot is offered if necessary.
The last space on this floor is the bathroom, which has a practical double sink and a shower tray at ground level, thus facilitating access.

• Top Floor

This space is made up entirely of the terrace, of great dimensions and with wonderful views in which a barbecue is included to organize outdoor meals.
Pets allowed on request.

No smoking in the entire accommodation.

San Martín de la Vega del Alberche in a rural town in the province of Ávila, towards the south.
Su urban area is a small network of streets full of a characteristic Castilian architecture, where the masonry is the main element in many of the constructions.
Although, for those who seek tranquility, perhaps, the best part is being in the countryside, to enjoy relaxing walks or, even, plan a day of bicycle route.

Also for the mountain lovers we have good news, since, from this beautiful town, you can reach the Sierra de Gredos in a short time and contemplate its beautiful landscapes.
