It is an e spectacular Andalusian farmhouse located between the towns of Íllora and Montefrío, in the province of Granada. It is traditional in style and decoration but equipped to cover all the needs of modern life.

I have been the owner of Cortijo Las Chorreras for more than 15 years. In the beginning the farm was acquired as an agricultural farm and the farmhouse as family use and enjoyment. Over the years we have turned it into the family business in which so many hours and effort are spent by the whole family. Therefore, our guests say goodbye with a smile and a "see you next" is our greatest reward.

I emphasize the quality for which we have been betting since we opened the farmhouse. The details are taken care of to the maximum, cleanliness and closeness with our clients, for which we are available at any time and for what they need.
What to do in its surroundings?
Cortijo Las Chorreras has a privileged environment, on the one hand the rural area where you can find bird watching, with species such as golden eagles, hiking and cycling. If you are interested in cultural visits, you can visit villages a few kilometers away such as Illora and Montefrío, as well as the necropolis of the "Peña de los Gitanos", very close to the farmhouse. On the other hand our typical cuisine, restaurants in the area can make our guests enjoy the area in every way.

Las Chorreras is located on a farm of 40,000 m² that is integrated into a holm oak forest, ideal for walks.
It is worth visiting the area of Las Peñas de Los Gitanos (Montefrío), an enclave of great importance in Andalusia due to the vestiges that different ancient peoples have left in this area, among which the megalithic monuments of a funerary nature stand out.
If you have time, be sure to visit the historic city of Granada, 45 minutes from the house by car (southeast direction).
