Inside a fantastic complex we have our rural house for 6 people. Of course, the seats can be extended with beds extra. And not only that, but when renting the other house annex, you can have space for 10 people.
Located on the outskirts of Férez, which is part of Albacete, our accommodation is located in a quiet environment where no one will come to bother us and we can rest.
With magnificent outdoor areas, the equipment of its facilities is not far behind. They are divided into 2 floors and we have the following:

- The ground floor houses the large main room in which the dining room and the room are joined, next to the kitchen, which is rather open.
- On the one hand we have the armchairs, blue, and surrounded by different furniture. In front of them is the table of dining room, with round shape and space for you to sit all together.
- The fireplace is on one side, next to the kitchen entrance. It has its own stone structure and is attached to the wall.

- The kitchen is delimited by a brick structure that forms a pair of arcs and a American bar. The narrowest is the one that serves as the entrance to the estancia.
- It has microwave, in addition to its rows of furniture hanging on the wall and at the bottom. Among the latter can be integrated the washing machine, as well as the dishwasher and the oven, located under the fires.
- The house has 3 bedrooms. In 2 of them you will find 2 single beds, while in the third one you will find a double bed.
- The total number of baths amounts to 4, one of them being common, on the ground floor, and the other 3 private rooms in each bedroom.
- A great pool in which to cool off, which is private from the complex and is fenced. At your side you can enjoy the sun and lie down in the heat.
- The barbecue area is also the best, as it will allow you to eat and dine whenever you want outdoors, preparing one of those delicious grills. And we also have wood oven.
- In addition, children can have a great time (and adults), visiting the farm, where there are several animals. There is even a garden that can also be seen.
