In total it has space to house 18 occupants, in 3 different types of rooms, which adapt to the needs of customers.

First, the farmhouse has 4 double bedrooms, 2 of them with marriage bed and 2 with individual beds ; It is also allowed to have 2 supplementary beds, to turn the rooms into triples.

It is a set of stays with independent access and arranged around a private central courtyard or, for use only from the tenants of these bedrooms. In the courtyard there is a kitchen which they can use, for breakfast or prepare any dish in it.

The second type of bedroom is a upper double room, with capacity for 2 people in a marriage bed. This room, independent of the rest of double rooms, also has a terrace overlooking the sea.

Finally, we have a room with kitchen, an apartment type, occupied by 2 marriage beds for a total of 4 people. The private cuisine of this room is discreet but is well equipped, so that guests can prepare their own meals without having to leave the privacy of their room.

All rooms have a series of services that are common to all of them. In the first place, in all there is a television and have internet access by WiFi, so entertainment and information are guaranteed while the stay lasts.

In addition, each bedroom has its own private bathroom, well equipped and of appropriate size and with a lot of cleaning products. The bedding is included for each bed, as well as the towels. As furniture accessories, we also have a mininevera, a microwave and a coffee maker, to complete breakfasts.

The Cortijo is one kilometer from mojácar, a white town whose center is at the top of a hill, where the points of interest of the town are distributed: the hermitage of the pains, the viewpoint of the castle, and the door of the almedine, among many others.
