Our accommodation is within the field of San Juan, an area that belongs to the province of Murcia.
The house, which retains the traditional essence, was recently restored, respecting the traditional structure of the area and the materials used in it. The result is a rustic home in which, however, we can have access to modern comforts, such as heating, air conditioning and hot water.
The complex can be rented in full, or it can be rented separately one of the 2 complete houses that are integrated into the building.
On the Ground Floor we have the Brothers Queen House, and the house José-Venancia on the first floor. Both have been conditioned to serve the same purposes and meet identical needs. Therefore, the 2 are prepared to house 8 tenants each in 3 bedrooms with individual and marriage beds.
In each house we have a lounge with fireplace, for which it will be provided with firewood. It is a family and collected space, with 2 sofas and a dining table with chairs, to house all guests. The envy is made of wood, and in combination with the stone of the chimney provides a rustic touch that forgets the time we are.
In a differentiated stay we will find the cuisine, with complete equipment that does not forget to provide the guest of all the necessary appliances so as not to miss the meals you consume in your own home.
A bathroom ends with the list of private stays of the house. There are few common areas to share with the other house.
In the first place, we have a 75 square meter lounge that can be rented independently, with barbecue-chimenea and water stack, excellent accessories for when a different meal is desired, or enjoy the huge space of the room. In this we also have a bathroom, so as not to have to return home when the need is given during a meeting in this room.
Outside the house we have at our disposal 2000 square meters of green areas, and a outer porch that occupies another 40 meters, to enjoy the views on the natural environment and surroundings around.
