Description of Complejo rural Reina
Our accommodation is located within the Campo de San Juan, an area that belongs to the province of Murcia.
The house, which retains the traditional essence, was recently restored, respecting the traditional structure of the area and the materials used in it originally. The result is a rustic home in which, however, we can count on access to modern amenities, such as heating, air conditioning and hot water.
The complex can be fully rented, or it can be rented separately one of the 2 complete houses that are integrated into the building.
In the floor, we have the house Brothers Reina, and the house José-Venancia in the first floor. Both have been conditioned to serve the same purposes and meet identical needs. Therefore, the 2 are prepared to house 8 tenants each in 3 bedrooms with single and double beds.
In each house we have a living room with fireplace, for which firewood will be provided. It is a family space and collected, with 2 sofas and a dining table with chairs, to accommodate all guests. The beam is made of wood, and in combination with the stone of the fireplace brings a rustic touch that forgets about the time we are in.
In a differentiated room we will find the kitchen, with a complete equipment that does not forget to provide the guest with all the necessary appliances so as not to miss the meals that he consumes in his own house.
A bathroom complete ends with the list of private rooms in the house. There are not a few common areas to share with the other house.
First of all, we have a very good living room of 75 square meters that can be rented independently, with barbecue-fireplace and water tank, excellent complements for when you want a different meal, or enjoy the huge space of the living room . In this we also have a bathroom, so that we do not have to return home when the need arises during a meeting in this room.
On the outside of the house we have at our disposal 2000 square meters of green areas, and exterior porch that occupies another 40 meters, to enjoy the views on the natural environment and the surrounding places.
It should be noted that the house is equipped with air conditioning and heaters, para be able to have the optimal temperature at any time.
