In the restoration, the original construction system, called Tapial, with wooden envigado and mud soil of Valentín. The winery has remained almost intact, especially the vaulted roof. As for the furniture, it is worthy of an antiquarian, and has been saved using ecological varnishes that do not remain an apex of its charm.

In the house we have 3 plants: Ground floor, second floor and basement; In all rooms we will have heating.

It is in the second floor where we find the 2 bedrooms of the accommodation, one with 2 individual beds and the other with a marriage bed. The total places is 4, an ideal number for a family with children.

The bathroom is among the bedrooms, and we will have it complete, with an elegant style and a spacious shower.

On the ground floor we have the main rooms of leisure and life. The lounge is a pleasant and well -assorted space of furniture for rest and relaxation. A firewood fireplace rounds the charm of the room. It is perfect to sit down to chat or enjoy a book.

The cuisine is located on the other side of the stairs, and incorporates the dining area and a complete equipment in which there is no lack of a dishes and covered service, in addition to refrigerator and oven.

In the basement we have the winery, where utensils are preserved for the preparation of wine, such as jars, must ducts and a bottler with some of the main wines with denomination of origin of bullas.

Although we do not have our own terrace, near the house we have the municipal pool of bullars and sports facilities where to practice numerous activities.
