We're going to old town Bullas (Murcia) to discover this curious cottage nineteenth century. Although restored, it respects its original structure and style, with the addition of some utilities and modern details that make it comfortable and cozy without losing its personality.

In the restoration was respected the original construction system, called tapial, with wooden beams and terracotta floors of Valentín. The cellar has remained almost intact, especially the vaulted ceiling. For furniture, it is worthy of an antiquarian, and has been saved using ecological varnishes that do not detract one iota from his encanto.

In the house we have 3 floors: ground floor, second floor and basement; in all rooms we will have heating.

It is in la second floor where we find the accommodation 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds y the other with a double bed . The total of seats is 4, an ideal number for a family with children.

The bathroom is located between the bedrooms, and we will have it complete, with an elegant style and a spacious shower.

On the ground floor we have the main leisure and living rooms. The room is a pleasant and well-stocked space for furniture for rest and relaxation. A wood fireplace rounds the charm of the room. It is perfect to sit down to chat or enjoy a book.

Although we do not have our own terrace, near the house we have Bully and sports facilities where you can practice many activities. In addition, the natural environment of the town is so within reach that it will not be impossible to take advantage of spending time outdoors, in any of its places.

As you probably think when contemplating the winery, Bullas is a town with a long wine tradition, reflected in its many wineries and vineyards, with the most exquisite productions.

In addition, in the urban helmet of the locality we can be delighted with the contemplation of historical constructions, such as the remains of the old castle, the Parochial Church of Our Lady of the Rosary and the Clock Tower.

Near the village we can visit and marvel at some of its most interesting natural landscapes. The Salto del Usero stands out, in which the Mula River forms a waterfall with an interesting rocky environment and riparian vegetation.

La Sierra de Buret e is another natural space that should not be overlooked. It is considered Site of Community Interest and Wildlife Protection Area, among other recognitions, and stands out for the large volume of birds of prey that inhabit it.

Let us take advantage of the proximity of Caravaca de la Cruz to get closer to this beautiful city, where architecture reflects centuries of history, as do the closest archaeological sites: the Black Cave and the Begastri site.
