We go to the old town of Bullas (Murcia) to discover this curious rural house from the 19th century. Although restored, it respects its original structure and style, with the addition of some modern utilities and details that make it comfortable and welcoming without losing its personality.

In the restoration, the original construction system, called rammed earth was respected, with wooden beams and Valentín clay floors. The cellar has been kept almost intact, especially the vaulted ceiling. As for the furniture, it is worthy of an antique dealer, and has been saved using ecological varnishes that do not detract one bit from its charm.

In the house we have 3 floors: ground floor, second floor and basement; In all rooms we will have heating.

It is on the second floor where we find the 2 bedrooms of the accommodation, one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed. The total number of places is 4, an ideal number for a family with children.

The bathroom is located between the bedrooms, and we will have it complete, with an elegant style and a spacious shower.

On the ground floor we have the main leisure and living rooms. The living room is a pleasant space and well stocked with furniture for rest and relaxation. A wood-burning fireplace rounds off the charm of the room. It is perfect to sit and chat or enjoy a book.

The kitchen is located on the other side of the stairs, and incorporates the dining area and complete equipment that includes a crockery and cutlery service, as well as a refrigerator and oven.

In the basement we have the cellar, where utensils for the preparation of wine are kept, such as jars, must pipes and a bottle rack with some of the main wines with the Bullas Designation of Origin.

Although we do not have our own terrace, near the house we have the Bullas municipal swimming pool and sports facilities where we can practice numerous activities. Furthermore, in the urban area of the town we can delight in the contemplation of historical buildings, such as the remains of the old castle, the Parish Church of Nuestra Señora del Rosario and the Clock Tower.

Near the town we can visit and marvel at some of its most interesting natural landscapes. The Salto del Usero stands out, in which the Mula River forms a waterfall with an interesting rocky environment and riverside vegetation.

TheSierra de Burete is another natural area that should not be overlooked. It is considered a Site of Community Interest and a Wildlife Protection Area, among other recognitions, and stands out for the large volume of birds of prey that live there.
