Casa Grande

In a farm at the foot of Sierra La Silla, on the outskirts of La Copa de Bullas (Murcia) y surrounded by nature, we have this rural house. Of a good size that lives up to its name and with a discreet color that does not clash with the surroundings, it stands as a perfect place to enjoy a magnificent stay in the interior of Murcia.
It is a house of recently built, which nevertheless has managed to combine a rustic and traditional aesthetic with modern services and equipment, for the guest's comfort.
The house accommodates up to 10 people, who can comfortably stay in the 5 rooms available: 3 doubles and 2 double. The distribution is perfect to accommodate a large family, or a group of friends. As the accommodation is pet friendly, there will be no problem for tenants to bring their pets with them.
In the living room we will find ourselves comfortably and at ease, due to its ample space and the good number of rest furniture, between sofas and armchairs. In the corner we have a wood burning fireplace, dark and imposing, and right next to it a television. Perfect room to watch a movie, relax or entertain yourself by playing one of the board games available, or connecting to internet, to which the house has access.
The kitchen has all the appliances that you might be missing elsewhere. It is located in the same space as the living room, and next to it is the dining area, with a table and several chairs for all guests.
We will find 3 bathrooms at our disposal, the perfect number so that one or the other can be used alternatively, depending on the need. They are perfectly equipped bathrooms.
Outside we will have a parking area, and we can see a very large pool, in the center of the garden, fenced to prevent the entry of strangers .. Before it is the terrace, where we have the option to sit in the open air, to contemplate the views or to rest, perhaps with a good book or chatting with our colleagues.

Bullas, in the center of the community of Murcia, is a town with a long history that is witnessed by the archaeological remains found in it, dating the first settlers to a prehistoric time. They also have an urban area built in picturesque popular architecture, and the Mula castle, a twelfth century fortress.
In addition, it is a town famous for its vines and wine: we can take wine routes that pass through this area, and visit famous wineries and vineyards.
Near the town we can find the Salto del Usero, a natural enclave featuring the Mula River and its waterfall, the soul of this place.
Among other natural landscapes, we have the Sierra de Burete, a special area of ​​Protection for Birds, of great importance for raptors; and the reservoir of Argos, located on the river of the same name, also a protected area.
Not far away we find Caravaca de la Cruz, a municipality with an incredible cultural heritage that dates back to the Paleolithic, as evidenced by the remains of the Cueva Negra site, with the oldest remains of fire in Europe. The site of Begastri is another archaeological testimony, this one from the 11th century.
At 53 kilometers we have the capital, Murcia, with its excellent offer of leisure and cultural tourism, where we can visit the cathedral or enjoy regional cuisine in any of its restaurants. From here we are close to any of the beaches on the Levantine coast of the community.
