This house is located on the banks of the pond of Zalamea de la Serena, a town of Badajoz belonging to the Extremadura region of La Serena. 

There is the possibility of renting the house in full, having space available for a maximum of 12 people. The stay is divided into five rooms, equipped with individual bath, these being:

• 2 double bedrooms with a marriage bed to which there is the possibility of adding a supplementary bed or a crib. 

• 3 double bedrooms with 2 individual beds. They have a mosquito net hanging from the ceiling. 

Each room receives a name that refers to an event in the area such as the fourth Arribalavista Castle, which honors the castle that is located in the town. In addition to having bathroom, all of them have air conditioning, heating and bedding so you can feel at home and are decorated in a neorustic style. 

The house has a common areas that are the following:

• A living room where the kitchen is incorporated. It has enough space and has sofas in front of the chimney and the television. The roof beams are made of wood and has warm tones. 

• The cuisine has a wide dining table and is decorated in rustic tones. It has all the kitchen utensils that you can need to cook enjoying Extremadura gastronomy. 

As for the exterior of the house has:

• A terrace with Solarium and wide garden of 100 square meters in which to enjoy in summer with wonderful views in front of the pond that gives name to the house. There is also a table to enjoy a relaxing breakfast while enjoying the Extremadura landscape. 

• A wide parking with enough space to leave your vehicle. 

• A barbecue in which to cook the typical products of this land. 

The complex also has a restaurant in which to enjoy the best food in the area at any time. In addition, in summer it is possible to give boat walks through the pond. Zalamea de la Sierra is a municipality belonging to the Extremadura province of Badajoz. It is located in the region of La Serena, an area rich in pastures and reservoirs that is among the rivers Guadiana and Zújar.
