This splendid rural house is located in the Valverde de Júcar town in the municipality of Cuenca, in Castilla-La Mancha. It is located on the banks of the riverbank of the Júcar River, which gives name to the Oueblo, and of the Río Gritos, coinciding with the final part of the Alarcón swamp. It is a privileged location that makes the farm the perfect place for rest.

This rural house is within an estate of 2000 m², is located in an area surrounded by trees, a field with a lot of peace of mind. The people to which the house is attached is just 125 meters away, so it is ideal to get closer walking.

This rural house consists of:

• 10 double rooms, which can have a large double bed or 2 individual beds. These rooms have wooden walls that give a traditional and conservative touch to these room. In these bedrooms we can find various auxiliary furniture such as desks, night tables, retro -style lamps, in addition to cushions, cortonas and matching bed lingerie. Each of these rooms has window exterior that gives a lot of luminosity and heating.

• complete bathrooms one per room that has the necessary amenities for the guest to feel at home.

• A hall-dining room large (140 m²) where we can find various chairs, players of bright colored colors (blue and yellow) and center table. It also has television flat screen on the wall, lamps and casual decoration.
