La Casita del Arroyo is part of a complex of houses located in the town of Santa Clara de Avedillo. It is an old house that has been rehabilitated and has been transformed into 3 comfortable accommodations with capacity for a multitude of people, which will allow you to come in very good company.

This specific home is surrounded by a private patio that has some tables and chairs, as well as a barbecue, which will allow you to enjoy good meals outdoors. Also outside the house you will be able to leave your vehicle since there is enough space for it and this will make your stay much easier when it comes to visiting beautiful places.

Once inside the house we find a kitchen with classic furniture in which there are current appliances to be able to prepare delicious meals to your liking. The kitchen is linked to the living room which is very cozy thanks to the soft sofa it has and the fireplace that will allow you to heat the house when you need it.

There are 2 double rooms in the accommodation:

• The first one is in green tones and has a double bed. It is decorated with white sheet and blanket sets and wooden furniture. It has a lot of light and is ideal for resting. It has a large closet and its own bathroom, also decorated in the same way so that it is perfectly integrated.

• The second bedroom is in gray tones and has 2 single beds. Highlight the window that is right in the middle of the beds and that has views to the outside. Also the beautiful white closet where you can store all your clothes. Of course the sheets and blankets are already ready on the bed for you to see upon your arrival.

As we have already mentioned, the green bedroom has its own bathroom, but in the hallway you will find another bathroom, it is for the entire house. It has a shower, toilet and sink, as well as towel sets and a hair dryer.

You won't miss anything in the house, from board games to a multitude of activities that you can do outside. Santa Clara de Avedillo is in the province of Zamora. In the middle of the town is its parish and following a path that crosses it we also find the hermitage of Cristo del Humilladero.

We suggest you make a visit since we are surrounded by beautiful places that are very rich in culture. This is the case of Salamanca, which is located a few kilometers from us. Once there you have to walk through its characteristic main square where the Town Hall is located. In Gothic style, all the balconies on the façade stand out. It has a lot of life since there are many bars and shops characteristic of here. In Salamanca we also have the old and new cathedral, they mix the baroque, Renaissance and baroque styles. The Tormes River is responsible for surrounding this beautiful location.

If we prefer to visit Zamora, we will also find a place full of churches that stand out for their Romanesque style facades, as is the case of the La Horta church. But the real protagonist is its cathedral. A visit that will not leave you indifferent.
