- A room furnished with 2 sofas located in front of a television in which to see entertaining movies at night. A fireplace , closed by an iron door, will provide heat to the room. The television is anchored in the stairwell, which starts from this floor to the upper ones.
- A kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances necessary to prepare meals with the fresh products of the garden. It is built in the shape of an 'L', and has a gas stove.
- An area shared with the other house that has a washer to be able to travel with less luggage and always have clean clothes.
- A spacious garden that has a small stand with a sink and a barbecue in which to cook great grills.
- A terrace to be able to drink coffee looking at the sea. There are several seats and tables so you can relax.

San Andres is a small coastal village on the island El Hierro which is part of the Canary Islands. It is the smallest of the islands of the archipelago, so everything is relatively close. The landscape of the island is predominantly volcanic and is formed by cones, coneletes and lava hornitos scattered by the mountains.
A point of interest on the island is the Natural Reserve of the Roques de Salmor, a natural park declared a special protection area because of the large number of birds and animals that are staying in the area, including the giant lizard El Hierro.
Surrounding the island you can find numerous beaches, both rocky soil with black sand or even some white sand. All these beaches have in common their crystalline waters, ideal to contemplate the different species that inhabit the seabed.
