This rural house is the perfect place to spend a few days surrounded by yours. Whether as a family or with a large group of friends, you can come and enjoy this house at Salamanca.

Here you can enjoy each of the corners of this cozy house 2 floors of new construction, but has managed to maintain the essence and atmosphere of a typical rural house.

The interior areas are distributed in such a way that allows a maximum accommodation of 14 people.

We are Rosa and Javier, two hard-working people, simple, in love with our people and with rural life.

We spent a good part of our time trying to make our clients enjoy a luxury stay in our homes to the fullest.

We like to restore old furniture and some other thing to give it a new opportunity. We also like reading, gardening, painting and photography. We love to interact with our guests and exchange experiences and views of life.
What the owner pinpoints on the property
What our customers value the most is the decoration, the rest equipment, the large spaces, the one that has televisions in all the rooms and especially the private gardens of each one of the houses, the chimneys and the wooden porches.
What to do in its surroundings?
If you come to our homes you can decide not to do anything more than relax and give you a quiet stay of total disconnection in a comfortable and quiet environment or not stop. Do not stop from travel places full of history and cultural and architectural heritage: Salamanca, Alba de Tormes, Salvatierra, La Alberca, Béjar are at a distance that is between 15 and 40 minutes the furthest away.

You can also stop at to taste the varied and rich gastronomy of our land where the excellent Iberian meats or veal, pulses and pastries predominate. Or organize parties, family events in the garden or in the house.
