Casa rural El Tío Sordo

This rural property is located inside the Valle del Corneja, right next to the town of Piedrahita Avila. It is an old single-storey house that has now been remodeled as a tower of 3 floors.

It is accessed through a courtyard with well and parking space where we have maintained all stone walls and floors and the wooden porch holding small balcony on the top floor.

The house is designed to stay 10 people. It has a total of 5 rooms that are distributed between the second and third floor. 3 of these bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and the other 2 with single beds.

Also, we will also find 5 bathrooms. One being distributed on the first floor, 3 on the second and the last on the third. Those on the second floor are also inside the 3 bedrooms that it has. As it has terraces to the front and back of the house.

The ground floor hosts the common rooms of a kitchen decorated with brightly colored tiles, a small table and a highchair for children. And a living room fireplace con que has 2 armchairs on either side of it and a dining table.

From the living room leads to una terrace sand stone in which there is a portico with the structure of a small house under a dining table is positioned to enjoy the barbecue which is also in this area.

As we have said, the next 2 floors house the bedrooms. But in the last one there is also a room reserved as game room in which there are several board games.

All rooms have heating and each of the bedrooms with television.

In our house animals are allowed.

From this rural accommodation we can see the Sierra de Gredos, mostly formed by granite and where the ibex, the roe deer and numerous birds stand out among the fauna. As well as for a flora that evolves in multiple species depending on the altitudes.

It is located about 5 kilometers from Piedrahita, place where you can visit the majestic church of the XIII century and one of the palaces of the Duchy of Alba.

Nearby you will also find Peñagrande and Bohoyo.
