our rural house are located in Carcelén, a corporation belonging to the Autonomous Community of Castilla La Mancha. With a volume of 12 people, with the 2 supplementary beds, this domicile built in 1923 has been recite renovated by retaining its primitive architecture of baggy stone and mud walls.
Second house, is part of the " rural houses Uncle Segundo ", which is promoted by 2 homes. second house and Maruja Casa. Our houses are prepared to house large family groups from 16 to 20 people.
both share the use of a spacious patio-garden, with barbecues, garden furniture, fruit trees and aromatic plants, which will delight adults and small.
second house, is distributed in 2 plants, this residence can be described in its lower floor as follows:
- A living room of 50 square meters formed by diverse home furniture where a firewood fireplace that heats all the permanence during the winter phases of cold.
- A dining room annexed to the living room endowed by a comfortable table where all diners can meet and comfortably taste the usual foods of this population.
- A kitchen supplied by all types of last generation appliances as an oven where easily prepare the typical sweets of the region or a dishwasher to clean the dirty dishes arising in each meal.
- A bedroom with marriage bed adapted for people with reduced mobility.
- A bathroom, provided by all types of household utensils where a hydromassage shower stands for an impeccable personal hygiene.

Hello!
We are second, Joaquín, Miguel and Soco Minguez Vera.
Our "rural houses" uncle, are born in 2007, as a tribute to our grandparents and parents, to maintain the legacy of so many years of hard work in the country
What today is Rural Casas Uncle Segundo, was built in 1923, by our paternal grandfather, known as "El Tïo Segundo", raised with their own hands to form a large family. Its use was basically as a farming house, but also was occasionally used as Posada of roads and burriqueros, which dedicated to the trade of need "rareperlo" in the postwar period, they toured this route from the lift to the stain and vice versa, using this point for rest and sometimes for the exchange of necessities: flour, oil, oil, fruit.
With this legacy of house always open to the traveler and the family, strategicamnete located in the border of La Mancha and the lift, we set out to return its original essence, so that again our home was witness of laughter and hug back.
Therefore, from Rural Casas Tio Segundo, we thank all our clients of heart for trusting us, for taking care of our house as if it were yours, for enjoying your visit and, above all, for returning the life and joy to which our home was.
