This rural house builds its walls in the province of Valladolid, more specifically in the well-known municipality of Rueda, one of the strategic meeting points as it is the nerve center of wine tourism in Valladolid. It is an accommodation that has a privileged location since it is located near important towns such as Medina del Campo, Tordesillas and Olmedo.
The accommodation has the possibility of sheltering a maximum of 10 people, being the ideal place to go with the whole family or with a group of friends who, tired of the daily routine, want to spend a few days of complete rest and tranquility in one of the most beautiful areas of the province.
The house, built on 2 floors, is made up of the following rooms:
- A spacious and fully equipped kitchen that puts at the disposal of tenants the latest generation appliances intended to make everyday life easier. It has a counterin which a ceramic hob is made, where guests can prepare delicious homemade dishes. The crockery, household items and cutlery are placed in the cabinets and shelves distributed in this room.
- The dining area is made up of a large wooden table accompanied by 10 chairs, so that all diners find their place and can enjoy a delicious meal with the family or a dinner with friends. In addition, there is a fireplace for the cold winters of Castilla.
- The living room is one of the coziest rooms in the house and is made up of a pair of sofas in salmon color and distributed around a small table and in front of a piece of furniture that holds the television, which is presented as the perfect audiovisual alternative for those relaxing moments. There is a corner with a rocking chair.
- 5 double bedrooms, one of them with a small terrace. These are spacious rooms that are made up of either a double bed or 2 single beds, so that they adapt to the preferences of the tenants. These are rooms that have been decorated with great care and are characterized by their pastel colors that paint the walls. In addition, they have a complete set of furniture in which the wardrobes and bedside tables stand out.
- 2 bathrooms, each of them is located on a floor of the house and they make complete equipment available to tenants, including towels and basic body care products.
On the exterior of the house there is a terrace with a table and several chairs that are located next to a barbecue, so that the tenants can cook something different on those special occasions.
It has an underground cellar that can be used as a picnic area since it has a large table with 10 chairs and a fireplace.

I am Mª José. I love rural tourism and therefore I open my house to travelers who want to know the wheel area where I invite everyone to visit the famous underground wineries.
I like to personally welcome guests and I am available for what they need at any time.
It is a very cozy house. It is a fully restored centenary house with all the comforts of today. The traveler will meet at his own home.
The most typical thing is to visit some of the wineries in the environment. They are characterized by being underground and with the visit they include tastings and tastings.
You can also visit such important populations as Medina del Campo with its Mota Castle and Tordesillas with the Santa Clara Monastery and its Plaza Mayor Porticada.
We are very well communicated by highway with the capital, Valladolid. Likewise, the distance by highway with Salamanca and Zamora make Villa Calera a perfect point to visit the community of Castilla y León
