Our home is located in the province of Valladolid, within the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León, in the small town of Mota del Marqués, which contributes to the characteristics of the house, the tranquility of a reduced population and the beauty of an incomparable setting.
Surrounding the facade, with 2 floors and decorated in salmon color, having around it a landscaped patio with places to sit and enjoy the good weather and a wonderful barbecue.
Taking into account the maximum capacity of up to 8 people, having 2 of them to sleep in an extra bed, the rooms inside the house are distributed as follows:

- A large rectangular room in cream color with pictures of butterflies and floral details, having 2 sofas, one magenta and the other cyan, in front of a plasma television and accompanied by a small table with 2 seats of wicker.L2
- A dining room next to the living room with a long wooden table with chairs under a t with sloping ceilings y with wooden beams that give it a regal touch.
- A kitchen decorated in earth tones, fully equipped with the modern appliances and utensils you may need, having an ideal breakfast bar.
- 3 double bedrooms both with double beds and singles put together. They all have a simple decoration but of great beauty, following the tone of the rest of the house, having to highlight a fabulous artistic altarpiece that is used in one of the rooms as a headboard.
- 3 complete bathrooms y in perfect condition, decorated with white tiling and all having shower tray and towel set.
