Casa Rural Parajes del Júcar

Parajes del Júcar is a newly built rural house in the area of the Júcar River, which has a capacity for 8 people. This residence has a furnished patio with tables and chairs, a barbecue and a garage with a barbecue.

The house is organized into 3 double bedrooms with duvets, of which:

• A double bed with another single folding bed located on the ground floor of the house.
• A room with a double bed and crib.
• A bedroom with three single beds and various auxiliary furniture.

The house has two full bathrooms, one on each floor, one with a shower (ground floor) and the other with a bathtub (upstairs).

On the ground floor, in addition to one of the bedrooms, there are common rooms:

• An American kitchen, open to the rest of the space. It is fully equipped with appliances and all kinds of kitchenware.
• A large living room with comfortable sofas, a small table and a fireplace to heat the room.
• Wooden table and chairs make up the dining room.

The house has in the outdoor area a furnished patio with terrace tables and chairs, as well as a barbecue to enjoy a good lunch or dinner outdoors. In the same space there are different trees and plants planted.

This accommodation also has a garage with barbecue and sink, for the greater comfort of our tenants.

A single pet is allowed with a maximum weight of 10 kg and with an additional cost.

Our rural house is located in the Cuenca town of Casas de Benítez. Thanks to its proximity to the Júcar River, you can enjoy the landscapes that it offers. Casa de Benítez is a municipality with little historical history, since it was formed as a nucleus in the mid-19th century. Within its term, it is worth highlighting as historical buildings its Town Hall and the Church of San Ginés, considerably well preserved.

The Júcar River, as it passes through the municipality, has created what is known as “La Losilla”, a small village before the town of Casas de Benítez, the route that separates both towns is known in the area.

The Los Nuevos Agro-Environmental Center is also located in the area, a space for environmental conservation where we can find different elements, both cultural (mills or fulling mills) and natural (crops native to the area).
