Our accommodation is located within the town of Llerena, which belongs to the province of Badajoz, located in the heart of Campiña Sur, an area known for its olive trees and wines.
In this rustic house with two floors, completely renovated and decorated with charm, up to a maximum of 9 people can live together, who can enjoy cozy rooms fully equipped and with heating.

- The kitchen is very spacious and highlights the white tone of the worktop, maintaining the rustic essence of the house with its brown tiled floor and skylight. It also has the most essential new and efficient appliances and basic ingredients to cook your favorite dishes. The kitchen makes full use of its space with the dining table, chairs for all the guests and two wooden cabinets containing crockery and cutlery.
- The living room has a comfortable sofa and armchair in bright colors where you can enjoy moments of relaxation. If a person in the group wants to eat outside the kitchen, they can do so at the small table located in front of the armchair or at a folding table on the patio.
- 4 spacious and colorful bedrooms. On the upper floor there is one with double bed and television, another with 3 single beds. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a couple of single beds, all of them with sheets and blankets. Another room is located in the courtyard and has a double bed, television and toilet. If one of the guests is a baby, the host can provide you with a travel cot in one of the bedrooms, as well as a bathtub.
- A living room upstairs has a sofa, table and television, ideal for plugging in a console or playing board games.
- 2 bathrooms with shower in the house and a toilet without shower in the patio room. They also include sets of towels, j provided by the host of the house for your stay according to the number of guests.

- The patio is spacious and has a umbrella and wooden furniture to enjoy the outdoors and breathe the fresh air.
- In the part of the covered patio there is also a barbecue and a dining table perfect for eating outside on cooler or rainy days.

Hello, we are Rosa and Paco. We bought this house many years ago from the family, with the intention of enjoying it in a particular way. We liked the rustic style, with the particularity that the façade could not be modified due to the protection of the Old Town, so a first restoration was carried out that did not leave us completely satisfied, but during the pandemic we decided to embark on a second restoration., of which we have been totally satisfied.
We love the decoration of the house, since we are one of those who like to preserve the old.
We have a charming hostess named Patricia, who will assist you upon arrival and with any problem or need that may arise during your stay.

What the owner pinpoints on the property
It is a very well restored old house, decorated with great taste that gives it a special charm.
The rooms are spacious, with many nooks and crannies and nothing is missing.
The kitchen has a skylight that gives it a lot of light. Fully equipped with large new appliances (2 m refrigerator) and small ones (toaster, coffee makers, micros). A large table, ideal for eating with the family.
The patio is spacious and has terrace equipment and a barbecue under a porch with a smoke extractor, which provides shade in summer and protects in case of rain. It is ideal for celebrations.
There is heating by electric thermal emitters and also a portable gas stove that can be placed wherever it is needed. There is also an air conditioner in one of the common areas and ceiling fans.
The rooms on the upper floor have sloping ceilings. The room on the ground floor is ideal for people with reduced mobility, as it has a large toilet and free access to the shower. The courtyard room stands out, in which one of the walls is the same wall that surrounded Llerena.

If you like to go shopping, there are also all kinds of shops, supermarkets and stores where you can buy typical and delicious products from the area, such as sausages and sweets.
You can also learn a little about the history of Llerena you can visit the Historical Museum of Llerena which you can walk to in just 3 minutes from the house.
