We are in the village of La Pereda, a small hamlet located in the beautiful province of Asturias.

- 3 Bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is matrimonial, another is equipped with 2 beds, and the third consists of a single bed. The yellow walls that surround the rooms combine perfectly with the wooden ceilings, some with sloping ceilings. For you to enjoy sweet sunrises, some bedrooms have a balcony with exterior views.
- 2 complete bathrooms. The bathrooms consist of furniture with sink and mirror, urinal and shower. In addition, there are toiletries as a courtesy gift.
- Living-dining room. Located on the ground floor, it is one of the most special rooms in the house, as it maintains elements of its traditional architecture, such as the stone seen from the walls and the ceiling beams. In one of the areas there is a large sofa next to a wood stove and television ; on the opposite side, there is the dining room table, with cutlery and crockery stored on a shelf.
- Kitchen. In the kitchen we find some original tiles with floral motifs that remind us of Mudejar art. To cook with comfort, there is ceramic cooker and oven. In addition, it has washing machine and dishwasher.
- A porch that gives access to the house, with paved floors and brightly colored flowers.
- A rear garden, with leafy lawn and terrace furniture.

A house that conquers you as soon as you enter. The smallest detail is taken care of, and it has everything. It is very nice and cozy. The location is perfect since it is not next to any urban center, so you can enjoy the silence and nature of Asturias, but it is two steps from both beaches and towns to visit.
