When you reserve a house, before doing so you should look at the services available. It is not at all fair to pay for a house with X services, a price (whatever) and then complain because you had no other services either promised, contracted, or paid for.

At no time is the house advertised as having a dishwasher or Wi-Fi. We don't know what you mean by "TV with more than one channel." The TV has the channels that the TV network serves, but no one has promised paid channels, nor have you contracted them, nor has Sonia paid for them.

Plugs of equal power? Well, just like in all the houses in Spain. We don't understand. The furniture is seen in the photos when you make the reservation. You say the house linen is poor. The truth is that no one has ever complained about this, but even so, in the reservation voucher that we give you when making the reservation, it is clearly indicated that if you have any complaint, let us know when you enter so we can solve it (and not when you leave).
