Casa de Aldea - Hacienda Llamabúa

This precious rural house is located in the outskirts of Navia, a municipality belonging to the northwest end of the Principality of Asturias, in the peninsular north.

The house is inside a Finca that shares with a rural hotel and with an apartment building, in a private land that exceeds 1,000 square meters. 

The housing facade retains elemements of its original architecture, with the wood that surrounds the windows, balconies and doors. 

It is an ideal accommodation for large groups of friends or for families with many members, since they can comfortably house a maximum 12 people.

The interior of the house is distributed in 3 floors. in the lower floor are:

• The room, one of the house jewels. It is an ample diaphanous space dominated by clear tones. The ceiling, with exposed wood views, create a cozy and homemade atmosphere. On one of the walls is the chimney, surrounded by stone. Next to her, original shelves decorate the walls. Completing this space, we find sofas with capacity for all, hammocks, and television.

• The dining room is halfway between living room and kitchen. In it you will have a large wooden table, to match the chairs and the furniture where the dishes are stored.

• The kitchen has all the necessary equipment so that your stay is unforgettable: from basic appliances as washing machine, oven and dishwasher, to utensils and household items.

In the first and second floor are the bedrooms, specifically there are:

• 6 double bedrooms, some with marriage bed and others, with 2 individual beds. The bedrooms are conceived as spaces dedicated to rest, with a simple decoration that gives the prominence to the beauty of architecture. 

• 6 complete bathrooms, one in each bedroom. In them there are basic toilet towels and amenities.

In the outer , you can enjoy a private area with barbecue and garden furniture so you can eat outdoors. In addition, it has parking for a maximum of 6 cars.
