Casa Rural Finca Jutia

We present this accommodation located in a quiet area, away from all noise, within the municipality of the Albacete town of Nerpio.

It is a country house, built entirely in stone, specialized in hosting large groups, especially dedicated to holding various events.
Its capacity is for 14 people, and its distribution is divided into two floors, this being the following:

• The dining room

Located on the ground floor, it consists of two rooms, the living room, on the one hand, and the dining room on the other, occupying most of the latter.
The lounge area has several spacious sofas arranged around a huge wood fireplace, next to it is the television.

The dining room, between stone walls and wide wooden beams, has several tables and chairs, being the perfect space to celebrate meals with a large number of people.

• The kitchen

It is also located on the ground floor. It is a large space with equipment de industrial kitchen, facilitating the preparation of menus for many attendees.

• Rooms

Located on the first floor , they are accessed through stairs. The house has seven bedrooms, all of them double, with double bed or a pair of beds, depending on the room, which also include television inside .

• Bathrooms

Like the rooms, we find seven full bathrooms since each bedroom has access to its own, equipped with showers that in some of them include a hydromassage column.

• Exterior

Outside the house we will find an extensive fenced farm, with wooded areas, in addition to a orchard, where the barbecue is located, being able to be used only on the allowed dates.

Pets allowed.

We are in the town of Nerpio, a perfect starting place to get to know some of the most outstanding places in the province of Albacete.

From this point, some of those beautiful corners, which you can reach without traveling long distances are:

• The Taibilla reservoir, a natural space of great beauty where you can observe a great diversity of species of birds, or enjoy entertaining moments practicing the fishing.

• El Castillo de Taibilla, whose construction dates from the XI to XV centuries, which, due to its location, in an elevated area within a narrow valley, will leave you breathless by its amazing views.
