It is a house of about 440 square meters where up to 16 people can be accommodated. In addition, the home automation system that is installed in it draws attention and with which you can use its touch screen to modify both lights and temperature, etc.

Striking is its exterior part with a salt water pool –yes, salt water like in the sea- and an oval shape that surrounds a chill out area that at night in the summer months becomes a zone 10. Illuminated by different points of light as well as candles, here you can have pleasant evenings with your loved ones and see the stars.

Several hammocks as well as a set of sofas and black wicker armchairs form this part of the terrace, as the outdoor areas continue with another space formed by a barbecue and a state-of-the-art wood-fired oven and where you can prepare some delicious dishes and, why not, with meat from the area so famous here.

As for the interior of the house, which has piped music, you will have a large living room within an open space and where they connect with both the dining room and the kitchen. In the surroundings of Guisando, in the south of the province of Ávila, you can spend a few days in a town declared a Historical and Artistic Site so everything indicates that it is a place of special beauty.

Here you can visit the Church of the Purísima Concepción, which is a modern temple and replaces the original church that was from the 15th century.
