Description of Casa Rural El Tesorillo
Our rural house is located in the town of Casas de Fernando Alonso (Cuenca). It is an area full of large pine trees, ideal for a group of friends to come to enjoy a few days of vacation, forgetting about the weekly stress.
The accommodation is very spacious. Therefore, it has capacity for 16-18 people, being the perfect place to meet with friends.
With a rustic decoration, it maintains some elements such as the exposed wooden beams on the ceiling or some wooden walls, to create a rural but cozy and comfortable atmosphere.
Inside the house we have the following rooms, all of them very spacious and bright:
In the exterior part of the house, just behind it, we find a wonderful garden with a large swimming pool to enjoy in the summer months and a barbecue to be able to cook a good barbecue for all your friends.
In addition, the accommodation also has a private parking area where up to 7 cars can fit.

- 2 double bedrooms where we can install a crib available
- 4 bathrooms of which one has inside a jacuzzi

Hi, I'm Benjamín, owner of a rural house.
We have been with the house for 7 years and the tenants leave very happy. You also have to value the people of the town, who are very friendly with the tenants and the tranquility that is breathed.
The house has everything you need to spend a great weekend with children, friends, family, etc.

The house is perfectly equipped, we also have beer tap, table tennis and table football. In front of the house there is a very nice park special for children.

Sourroundings of Casa Rural El Tesorillo
The rural house is in the town of Cuenca Casas de Fernando Alonso. It has about 2000 inhabitants but it has the basic services that you will need to spend your stay such as restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets. You can also go out to discover different corners such as the route of “ The cubes ”, some old buildings that served as shelters for shepherds and farmers.
In addition, the accommodation has 10 km away the town of San Clemente where you can go sightseeing around its many monuments such as the Torre Vieja, its Roman bridges or the Castillo de Santiago la Torre. However, the best-known castle in the area is Belmonte, located 40 minutes away by car.
If you come looking to spend a day surrounded by water in the interior of the Peninsula, you can do so in the Alarcón reservoir with the waters of the Júcar River. Furthermore, if you wait patiently for the water level to go down you will be able to discover the town of Gascas under the reservoir.
