Our rural house is located in Alcolea del Río, a metropolis corresponding to the autonomous community of Andalusia.

With capacity for up to 16 people, this home is the usual Sevillian residence in an unparalleled natural environment.

Close to the north mountain range of Seville, this address can be specified as follows:

• 8 rooms with double and single beds freely selected by residents in order to achieve an excellent rest.

• 4 bathrooms provided with all types of household utensils in perfect condition for unbeatable personal hygiene.

• A loose living room of 40 square meters made up of different furniture such as a wood-burning fireplace to warm this area of the accommodation or a television to watch the residents' favorite movies.

• A kitchen equipped with all types of state-of-the-art appliances such as two refrigerators to keep the food to be consumed in perfect conditions, or an oven, a microwave to quickly heat up the food you want to eat.

For its part, on the exterior part of the home we can find:

• A private pool fully fenced.

• A solarium next to the pool where guests can sunbathe comfortably.

• A large 73-meter porch from which residents will be able to observe the great views of the municipality.

At a distance of 45 minutes by car from Seville, Alcolea del Río is a town hall with a population close to 4,000 inhabitants according to the last census of 2008 and a population density of 67 citizens per square kilometer.

From a tourist point of view, this town has a great attraction at an archaeological level because 2 Roman towns existed on its land: Arva and Canama.

In this sense, the church of San Juan Bautista from the 14th century stands out above the rest of the buildings in which tourists will be able to contemplate the artistic heritage of those times.

Finally, the city council organizes a large number of popular celebrations throughout the 365 days of the year, highlighting the Candelarias during the month of February and the medieval market in the month of November.
