This typical Canarian style rural house is located at Villa Marina del Teror, also known as Teror, a municipality in the north of Gran Canaria.
Reach the municipality from the capital of the island, Las Palmas, will take you less than half an hour si you come by road.
The house is within a plot of about 3,000 square meters surrounded by large and lush gardens and a second home. With a independent access, inside can host up to 7 people.

Entering the interior de the house, the rooms are divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor are located:
- Living room with fireplace. The living room furniture, in dark tones, gives this room a very homelike atmosphere. Under a beautiful wooden ceiling are 2 large sofas disposed in front of an original central table and a chimney of work in the corner. With original vases and lamps, the decoration has been chosen to the millimeter.
- Kitchen. While one of the walls of the kitchen is covered with stone, the others do it with tiles in ocher tones to match the floor. In the kitchen you will find a dining table, basic appliances (stove, oven, fridge...), kitchen utensils, and tableware completa.
- Toilet. Completing the ground floor is a small toilet with W.C and washbasin where you will find towels and toiletries.
- Bedroom suite. With high ceilings and walls in pastel tone, in this bedroom there are 2 spaces: an area for resting with double bed central on one side, and, on the other, a living room private with sofas, television and fireplace. In addition, the master bedroom has a private bathroom complete.
- Double bedroom. In the double bedroom you will find 2 single beds of 90 cm with basic furniture (wardrobe, tables and lamps) in wood color. From there, you can see incredible views of the gardens of the estate. In addition, there is the possibility of adding up to 3 extra beds extra.
- Gym with sauna. For the more athletic, the farm has gym equipment with which to release the adrenaline that you carry inside.
- Terrace type chill out. A space with garden furniture and pergola where you can enjoy the good climate of the island without burning in the sun.
- Garden with outdoor pool. On the farm you will find large green areas where you can take long walks, as well as a large round pool where you can take a dip and sunbathe on the sun loungers.
