Regarding the capacity of the 350-meter house , is for a maximum of 12 people who will find inside the following rooms, all of them well structured:
- A spacious living-dining room located on the ground floor of the house, which has, on one side, a set of armchairs that face the front, in which there is a wood-burning fireplace that provides warmth, next to This space is the television and behind the armchairs, we have a wooden dining table with its set of chairs.
- The kitchen is also a dining room and has an L-shaped worktop and in which we have cupboards with all the electrical appliances and the utensils you need so you can prepare all the dishes you want at home. In the center, a wooden table with its set of chairs so that you can all eat together.
- 6 spacious double bedrooms, which are distributed in such a way that on the ground floor we have a double bedroom for people with mobility problems. On the top floor are the 5 remaining bedrooms, of which 4 of them have a large double bed while in the fifth case, there are a pair of single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom equipped with everything you need.
In the exterior of the house we have:
- A nice porch space, in which are the table with chairs, and the barbecue. There is also a chill out area with armchairs so you can all relax together.
- A large garden space in which to play the different games that we have in the accommodation, take a walk, sunbathe in the hammocks or bathe in our pool, which is fenced off to avoid dangers. In addition, we have another oriental garden.
- We have a parking space with charging system for electric vehicles.
