Description of Casa Rural Alto Santiago
The rural accommodation is located in the province of Avila, specifically in the municipality of Avila of Santiago del Collado.
It is a old haystack built in stone, today rehabilitated and transformed into a holiday home with capacity for 6 or 7 people.
Its rooms and decoration make this a comfortable and warm home, built in two heights.
The ground floor houses, in addition to the bathroom, the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. 80 m2 divided into three spaces, which communicate directly as there are no walls between them. The kitchen very flirtatious and equipped, has an original American bar built with barrels as legs, separating it from the living-dining area: a nice space where you can watch TV or rest on the sofa in the heat of the fireplace.
Peach, lilac and lemon are the 3 rooms that are distributed on the first floor, and that owe their name to the hue used in their decoration. Two of them have a double bed and the third has two single beds. For its amplitude, there is the possibility of incorporating crib o extra bed in each of them. In addition, this plant has another bathroom fully equipped.
The outdoor terrace has retained its original shape and has an iron table to enjoy a day of barbecue in family or with friends.
