You can find this rural house in the small Avila town of Baterna.

It has a population of 200 inhabitants and a wonderful environment, which offers us tranquility and beauty that only add positive points to your experience.

As you approach the house, you will find a 2-story house, decorated on its façade with earth tones, revealing the wooden beams and an immense terrace that occupies almost the entire second floor.
Inside, the rural aesthetic is maintained, relying on wood for ceilings, floors and furniture, as well as earth tones.

Once inside, and with a maximum capacity for 6 people, the rooms are as follows:
 

• A common and open area in which the main rooms of the house are mixed in a very intelligent way, on the one hand the kitchen completely equipped with all the utensils and appliances that you may need, open by a American bar to the dining room, with a solid wood table and chairs, which accompanies the living room, decorated by a comfortable sofa next to a piece of furniture wood that contains the television.

• 3 double bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, all of them decorated in bright tones and furnished, having as an extra the detail of sets of towels.

• 2 complete bathrooms, with toilets in perfect condition and spacious showers, having all the details you need.
