- A living room and just at the entrance of the house, which has a set of armchairs upholstered in which you will be able to enjoy the tranquility sitting in them, while watching the television plasma in front. In this space there is also a firewood fireplace.
- 5 bathrooms complete, in which you will find among the sanitary a wide shower, with its screen in some cases and in other cases adapted people with reduced mobility. We also have several towels.

For 10 years I dedicate myself to donkey routes, as well as the raising of this wonderful animal. I have, therefore, a lot of experience in dealing with the public, as well as extensive knowledge of the entire Sierra, its fauna and its flora.

The rural house is nestled in a difficult place to match. Only 1 hour from Madrid, nature remains intact, and, what most distinguishes our Sierra is undoubtedly the peace that can be found in this natural environment.
Likewise, there is a wide cultural and historical offer, as the Escorial is located at 10 km and Ávila at 40 km.
For those who like the routes through the mountain, the offer is immense, and also have an unbeatable orientation, because I, as owner, I am a guide of nature and dedicate myself to the routes with the donkeys through the mountains, so I am a great connoisseur of the area.
In addition to the donkeys, there is a farm with chickens, occasions, emùes and sheep. Every day you can participate in the maintenance of the animals, eating them, collecting the eggs of the chickens, and, if there is luck, giving bottles to a lamb.

The house is very well equipped (as the photos reflect). Very well illuminated and very clean, large rooms, large space for large family (like ours) with breakfast included.
But the best of all is its owner. It is almost the best host you can find. Very attentive, friendly, sympathetic and professional. Always willing to help and please your needs, and makes very good natural soaps.
The donkeys are a delight and the Emus and the geese, also very beautiful. Very, highly recommended.
