Just 50 km from Madrid you can enjoy a rural environment that has the privilege of moving away from the bustle of the city and creating a haven of peace that will help you reconnect with nature. The house is built in granite stone from the nearby Sierra de Guadarrama. If we had to choose a characteristic among all, without a doubt, your comfort should be chosen.
It has a maximum capacity of 12 travelers (10 adults and 2 children), ideal for living a real adventure with your favorite people.
- The house occupies an surface of 300 m2 distributed in 2 plants within a plot of 2000 m2 approximately. We have a pool of 50 m2, a porch of 100 m2, a terrace of 70 m2, a parking for 5 or 6 cars and an area for the wood oven, the barbecue exterior kitchen, which configures a space to enjoy a stay between friends, eating, or resting. You will also find enough space for the little ones to enjoy playing.
- The rooms have the details of the traditional style of housing. The beds are divided into double or individual, some oriented towards the window, from which you can see the pisina and pine forest of the plot itself, or the Pantano of Guadalix. dawn has a special charm from the room number 5.
- the bathrooms meet the requirements to make you disconnect after a long day of walks and pine smell. The two largest, located one in each of the building plants, have improved access to the wide showers, the third has a puliban for the comfortable bathroom of the little ones.
