Just 50 km from Madrid you can enjoy a rural environment that has the privilege of getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city and creating a haven of peace that will help you reconnect with nature. The house is built of granite stone from the nearby Sierra de Guadarrama. If we had to choose one feature among all, without a doubt, comfort would have to be chosen.

- The house occupies an area of 300 m2 distributed in 2 floors within a plot of approximately 2000 m2. We have a swimming pool of 50 m2, a porch of 100 m2, a terrace of 70 m2, a parking for 5 or 6 cars and an area for the wood oven, the barbecue the outdoor kitchen, which creates a space to enjoy a stay with friends, eating, or resting. You'll also find enough space for the little ones to enjoy playing.
- The rooms have the details of the traditional style of the home. The beds are divided into doubles or singles, some facing the window, from which you can see the pool and the pine forest on the plot itself, or the Guadalix reservoir. The dawn has a special charm from room number 5. X

As the owner I have enjoyed the house very much. Now, once retired, I think the time has come for others to enjoy it. The house is decorated to my liking, but I am doing renovations to make it pleasant for visitors.
Although the location of the house allows you to move around nearby, I believe that one of the greatest qualities it offers is being able to rest and meet with your family and friends, enjoying many small things that are only observed when you are there.
What the owner pinpoints on the property
The house is ready to enjoy and rest.
As I mentioned above, I would highlight two or three things:
One of them is the covered porch for eating or dining outdoors.
Another is the outdoor kitchen-barbecue that allows you to prepare skewers or food, to offer to your guests. By opening its large windows and taking out the stools you can create a highly recommended tapas bar atmosphere.
The third is the pool. During the winter season it is covered, but if the brave want to take advantage of it, if it is not cloudy, the water temperature can be close to 25 degrees.
Recommended a coffee or a gin tronic on the open terrace when the sun goes down.
In the interior there are two lounges, one on each floor, comfortable and ready to chat and have a beer or watch television. Children will find books and games that hold up reasonably well after my granddaughters have enjoyed them.
Sourroundings of VentuRural
Our house is located in Venturada, a municipality that allows itself to be enveloped by the charm of the mountains. The location of Venturada makes it the communication axis north south and east west, of the Madrid mountain range. From Venturada it is easy and quick to access places like Torrelaguna, Buitrago de Lozoya, Patones, where you can enjoy its cultural and historical heritage, walking through its streets and squares.
If what you prefer is to practice hiking, you will find multiple possibilities in the area, crossing ravines and cattle farms. The same as if you choose the bicycle as a vehicle to discover the unimaginable beauty of the Sierra de Madrid.
Other activities such as fishing or sailing can be practiced in the Guadalix reservoir.
And if you like snow, you can choose to ski, when the season allows, l as stations of Navacerrada and Guadarrama, which are reasonably close to Venturada and make it a magnificent hub.
