Just 50 km from Madrid you can enjoy a rural environment that has the privilege of getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city and creating a haven of peace that will help you reconnect with nature. The house is built of granite stone from the nearby Sierra de Guadarrama. If we had to choose one feature among all, without a doubt, comfort would have to be chosen.

It has a maximum capacity of 12 travelers (10 adults and 2 children), ideal for living an authentic adventure with your favorite people.

• The house occupies an area of 300 m2 distributed over 2 floors within a plot of approximately 2000 m2. We have a pool of 50 m2, a porch of 100 m2, a terrace of 70 m2, parking for 5 or 6 cars and an area for the wood oven, the barbecue and the outdoor kitchen, which creates a space to enjoy a stay between friends, eating, or resting. You will also find enough space for the little ones to enjoy playing.

• The rooms have the details of the traditional style of the home. The beds are divided into double or single, some facing the window, from which you can see the pool and the pine forest on the plot itself, or the Guadalix reservoir. The sunrise has a special charm from room number 5.

• The bathrooms meet the requirements to make you disconnect after a long day of walking and the smell of pine. The two largest, one on each floor of the building, have improved access to the spacious showers, the third has a puliban for the comfortable bathing of the little ones. They all have the necessary elements. 

• In the kitchen it's time to get down to work, preparing delicious homemade cuisine has never been so simple. The countertop extends with the key stoves and appliances that will help you get by. In addition, the houseware and dishes are very complete, so you can get creative. Then you can serve the result in the main dining room, or go out to the porch, if the weather permits, where there are several tables for diners and enjoy a meal outdoors, either under a roof or under the open sky, especially attractive at night.

• In the living rooms you will have the opportunity to relax in any of the armchairs available. They are grouped around a flat screen television, ideal for watching your favorite channels in the dead moments or immersing yourself in an interesting conversation.

Although the interior has several floors, we have adapted the accommodation for people with reduced mobility. In this way, on the stairs you will find an elevator to access the rest of the rooms.

Security cameras are installed on the exteriors of the building to protect the facilities that are disconnected during the clients' stay.
