This is a rural house to reconnect with nature and let yourself be enveloped by the tranquility of the countryside. Not only does it have spectacular views of the mountains, but it is also ideal to share a few days with your loved ones and in total harmony with the environment.
It is located in an urbanization of La Estación, in Robledo de Chavela, right next to the Cofio River and the valley that surrounds it. The location is excellent for maintaining some privacy, while the municipal swimming pools and the leisure activities of this Madrid town are also at your fingertips.
The house has capacity for 7 people, so you can come with the whole family or with a close group of friends. Its 120 m2 are regulated with the air conditioning and the pellet stove in winter, so you can enjoy it at any time of the year.
Going outside, the property has a patio on the ground floor, where the porch and one of the terraces are located. The chill outs take over these spaces to be able to sit comfortably while admiring the landscape, from above there is a better panoramic view of the mountain, also with outdoor dining room to enjoy on summer afternoons.
Returning to the main patio, it extends into a large garden that has some chairs distributed throughout the land and even a barbecue where you can cook local products on the embers. You will be able to have a great time in the best company and also your pet will be able to run freely around the esplanade.

- The living room will be the first thing you find inside when you open the entrance door, very cozy with modern furniture, a light lamp that brings warmth to the room and decoration with natural plants. The sofa is large and comfortable, inviting you to sit on it and chat late into the night. Accompanied by a flat screen television and other wellness armchairs, it will be the ideal corner for a moment of relaxation.
- There are 4 rooms in total, three of them with a double bed and only one with single bed. In general they are simple, they do not pay attention to extravagant decoration because with the views they have there are plenty of details. They are oriented towards the mountains, some even have true panoramic views that you can enjoy from the mattress. Who wouldn't like to wake up in front of the countryside? X
- The 3 bathrooms also have their own charm, with stone details or a modern style that combines with an elegant taste. The largest has double sink design, to wash yourself there is the shower or the bathtub and we have completed the space with the sets of towels, various items and even a hair dryer. You won't miss anything!
- For its part, , the kitchen is very intuitive, practical and with a washing machine under the counter. The tableware is complete, although it is kept in a separate cabinet near the living room. It also contains the appropriate kitchenware and appliances so that you can prepare a delicious homemade meal, which you can then share in the dining room. We are within one of the La Estación urbanizations in Robledo de Chavela, so you can take advantage of the advantages of the natural environment but without giving up the comforts it offers.
