The house is located on the outskirts of Candeleda, a charming town in the south of Ávila. Here, you will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and, at the same time, you will be close to everything.
The house is located in a property of 5,000 m2 where only you will be. It is prepared for 13 people, making it an ideal option for families.

The house is located on the outskirts of Candeleda, a charming town in the south of Ávila. Here, you will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and, at the same time, you will be close to everything.
The house is located in a property of 5,000 m2 where only you will be. It is prepared for 13 people, making it an ideal option for families.

- Living room: it is decorated with soft tones that accompany rustic-style furniture. It has comfortable armchairs and double sofa bed to watch television,, board games for entertainment, and several books for lovers of imaginary worlds.
- Kitchen-dining room: distributes its furniture in an "L" shape, so that maximum space is used and allows a table to be placed for lunches. Among the appliances, you will find washing machine and dishwasher.
- 4 bedrooms of which 3 of them are doubles, with a double bed in the first, and in the 2 following, with a pair of single beds. The fourth consists of a double bed and a bunk bed, leaving capacity for 4 people. In addition, there are 2 extra beds. X
- 2 Bathrooms: one of them has a spacious bathtub ; the second, shower tray. In both you will find towels and magnifying mirrors.
- Covered porch, with wooden furniture and barbecue so you can eat while observing the landscape.
- Swimming pool, with ladder to facilitate access for the little ones.
- Garden in which there is a toilet, full of trees and flowers that provide an intoxicating aroma.
- We allow pets on request. There is an additional fee.
