The house is located on the outskirts of Candeleda, a charming people of the southern Ávila. Here, you will enjoy the tranquility of the field and, at the same time, you will be close to everything.
The house is established in a estate of 5,000 m2 in which you will be alone. It is prepared for 13 people, making it an ideal option for families.
Let's know your interior:
- living room: It is decorated with soft tones that accompany a rustic style furniture. It has comfortable seats and marriage bed sofa to watch the television, board games for entertainment, and several books for lovers of imaginary worlds.
- cooking-dining room: distributes your "L" furniture, so that the maximum space is used and allows you to place a table for lunches. Among the appliances, you will find washing machine and dishwasher.
- 4 bedrooms of which 3 of them are double, with an marriage bed in the first, and in the following 2 2, with a couple of individuals. The fourth consists of a double bed and a bunk, leaving capacity to 4 people. In addition, there are 2 supplementary beds.
- 2 bathrooms: one of them has a spacious bathtub ; the second, of a shower dish. In both you will find towels and increase mirrors.
In the exterior you will run into:
- covered porch, with wooden furniture and barbecue so that you eat while watching the landscape.
- pool, with ladder to facilitate the access of the kids.
