El Cortijo de Gredos

This wonderful rural house is located in the Sierra de Gredos, more specifically in Navaluenga, Ávila.

Built in stone, as soon as we entered we were amazed by the large garden. In it we found a basketball basket for those who want to kill time practicing sports and playing with friends and family.

We also have a grass area decorated with old gadgets from the area and where you can rest sunbathing next to the pool with a built-in jacuzzi.

Near the porch, decorated with tables and chairs both wicker and iron, we have a huge, covered barbecue with firewood included to fully enjoy the good weather that accompanies us. 

The interior is distributed as follows:

• Alarge living-dining roomr in which the 25 people who can rent this accommodation would easily enter around thefireplace, television or music player to give different touches to the different meetings that we want to have at any given time. Decorated in bare stone, with a seating area with comfortable sofas; and the dining area, with enough tables and chairs.

• The kitchen, equipped with every luxury detail, such as awashing machine and microwave, is spacious and perfect for cooking on the coldest days, and with enough space to store everything that guests need for a long period of time.

• Walking down a long corridor, on both sides we have the 7 rooms, with 3 single beds each, with the possibility of adding a total of another 4 extra beds.  They will welcome us with a small detail, leaving us with toiletries such as towels and even slippers.

• It has 4 bathrooms, fully equipped, one facing the other, decorated in line with the rest of the house, and with a shower tray. 

In general, it is an incredible and magical place, where without having to leave its walls, we can enjoy magnificent moments surrounded by all of us.

This rural house is located in Navaluenga. In the heart of the Alberche valley, in the Sierra de Gredos, allowing us to take long walks through the natural areas that the area offers us.

A few meters away we find the bank of the river, where we can swim, if the weather permits, or enjoy the imposing stone bridge that joins the banks, forming a picture-perfect image. 

The tilled fields mix with oak forests in its surroundings, creating a balanced and wonderful contrast. 

With a population of about 25 inhabitants per square kilometer, we find a perfect area for rest and total disconnection. 

It is also possible to rent it together with another house for larger groups of up to 50 people.
