• The American kitchen is made mostly of wood and is made up of a counter in which there is a space for the tap and another for the hob, a suitable place to prepare delicious dishes. Next to these spaces, a large refrigerator is present. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential household items, as well as crockery, cutlery and cooking instruments. 

• The dining room area is in the same space as the living room and the kitchen and is made up of a wooden table with a couple of chairs. Its location in the house allows tenants to have everything within reach. It is the perfect place to have a romantic dinner or a quiet breakfast while watching television. 

• The living room is one of the most welcoming rooms in the house due to the arrangement of its furniture, which features a leather sofa located next to a glass and wood table with drawers and in front of a flat television with DVD, which is presented as the perfect audiovisual alternative for those moments of relaxation. Additionally, for the cold seasons, a wood stove will be responsible for heating the room. 

• A large attic bedroom that has a double bed with a wooden headboard. Parquet floor that matches the furniture in the room, such as the original nightstands or the wardrobe, designed so that guests can store all their luggage without space problems.
