This particular house has the possibility of accommodating 2 people, being the ideal place for those couples who want to escape from routine and enjoy a few days in privacy in a comfortable and functional house built on one floor. In addition, the accommodation provides tenants with all the necessary amenities to make them feel at home. 

• An equipped kitchen that consists of a marble countertop in which a small ceramic hob is ideal for cooking delicious dishes. Its wooden cabinets are responsible for storing the necessary household items as well as the crockery and cutlery. A window completely illuminates the room with natural light from the sun's rays outside. 

• The dining room is made up of a wooden table with a couple of chairs around it. It is a charming space where you can have a romantic dinner accompanied by a couple of candles. Its proximity to the kitchen allows tenants to have all its utensils within reach. 

• The living room is one of the most welcoming rooms in the house and is made up of a large and comfortable sofa located in front of a large piece of furniture that holds the flat television and DVD, a perfect audiovisual alternative for those moments of relaxation. In the middle, a table is made of the same material as the previously mentioned furniture. The living room has a rustic but very careful decoration that perfectly combines all its components, from the paintings hanging on the walls to the mirrors illuminated by the lamps. For the cold seasons, in one of the corners there is a wood stove. 

• A cozy bedroom that has a double bed so that the tenants can rest fully. An iron headboard adds an elegant touch to the room. On each side of the bed there are nightstands made of wood that hold a lamp responsible for illuminating the room when the day ends. A large closet puts the finishing touch to one of the most beautiful rooms in the house. 

• A full bathroom that has a hot tub so that guests can relax while taking a bath. In addition, you will find basic body hygiene products as well as towels. 

The exterior is made up of a common space for all the houses that make up the complex. 

The stars of this corner of the house are, without a doubt, the pools. One of them is intended for the little ones in the house so its dimensions are small and barely covers it, while the remaining pool is large, allowing the tenants to swim freely. 

For special occasions when the weather is good, there is a corner with a barbecue and a table with chairs to enjoy a different day.

This rural house is located within the province of Murcia, specifically in the municipality of Caravaca de la Cruz. It is a town with a multitude of places of interest, so it is very common to see tourists walking through its streets while contemplating the Basilica de la Vera Cruz or the Parroquial Church of El Salvador, among others. 

With respect to its natural sites, near this municipality are the Fuentes del Marqués, a natural space well known in the area due to the crystalline water deposits that are formed, considered, therefore, one of the most beautiful and important natural enclaves in the southeastern area of the Iberian Peninsula. 

Different routes depart from this same area that run through the Caravaca mountains, being an entertainment alternative for hiking lovers, who can ascend the highest massif of Caravaca de la Cruz, located in the Sierra de los Mojantes.
