We offer you this wonderful house of recent construction in the heart of Navaluenga, one of the towns erected at the highest altitude in the province of Ávila.
This charming little house has space for a maximum of 10 people and has the following rooms:
From the house you can walk to any corner of the town, so that you can easily go through it and return when you get tired. Its privileged position is a plus point.

- 2 bedrooms with a double bed each. There is one on each floor of the house, and both are spacious and bright. They have access to small private balconies, and the interior usually has some wooden furniture such as wardrobe or bedside tables. They also have a small individual armchair by the windows.
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The beds have colorful bedspreads and are separated from each other by a wooden nightstand. There is a large wardrobe in the bedrooms, as well as a chest of drawers with many drawers.
- 4 bathrooms. They are all private and are located inside the bedrooms. Although they vary in size, they are all equipped with the same: toilet, sink, and a shower tray protected with glass partitions. There are towel racks and a bathroom mirror above the sink.
- Living-dining room. It is decorated with brick walls and carved stone. There is a wooden dining table and chairs with a red tablecloth and seating for 8. To one side are several dark red sofas, arranged around a coffee table, and the television and the fireplace that are installed on the wall.
- Kitchen. It is a narrow space that is located on the ground floor. At the entrance there is a small bar on the wall and a couple of chairs with a coffee maker. On the opposite side is the large countertop along with all the appliances including refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. The walls are brick.
