The house is located in a forest protection farm located in the valley of the Puerto de Aguas Claras. This port is dotted with numerous chestnut trees, olive trees, almonds, holm oaks, rockrose, among abundant scrub.
This house has capacity for 7 people that can be distributed around 4 bedrooms where we have to highlight that 2 are double with 1.50 m beds, one is double with single beds and the last is a single bedroom. The single beds are 105 cm. There is also the possibility of having 2 extra beds.
Among the common parts of the house we can highlight:
1. The kitchen equipped with the necessary appliances, decorated with wooden furniture painted in blue. It has a table with capacity for 8 people. 2. 2 bathrooms complete with shower and hairdryer. 3. Living room with fireplace, plasma television and sofas.
On the outside of the rural house we can find a paved patio, a swimming pool and a terrace with a barbecue.

This house is located in an environment in which nature predominates. It is located in the vicinity of the Serra de Sao Mamede (in Portugal) and Tajo Internacional natural parks.
About 20 minutes by car you can visit San Vicente de Alcántara and at the same distance, but in another direction, Valencia de Alcántara, where its Gothic-Jewish neighborhood stands out. In the surroundings of both towns you will find a large number of dolmens well preserved.
If you have time, you could visit Cáceres capital, a city of almost 100,000 inhabitants, whose "old city" has been declared a World Heritage Site. You cannot miss the Co-Cathedral of Santa María, the Palacio de las Veletas (with the Museum of Cáceres inside), the Hispano-Arab cistern, the Casa del Sol or the Torre del Bujaco 2 Torre del Bujaco in the Plaza Mayor, among others. It is an hour away from our accommodation.
