Casa Grande - El Parador

If you visit the Albacete Municipality of Letur, you will not find a rural accommodation with the benefits of our house. It is located at El Parador, a 19th century building with unbeatable views of the town and the surroundings.
The building has been rehabilitated recently and due to its size it has been distributed in 3 independent houses. In the transformation, we decided to preserve its original structure, predominantly wooden materials, in which the rammed earth technique was used in its day to raise the thick walls.
There are a total of 350 m2 of green areas that you can enjoy regardless of which of the three houses you stay in, since the entire outdoor area is designed for common use, including the porch, the terrace in the garden and the barbecues.

Like the rest of traditional constructions, sobriety and elegance characterize both the exterior and the interior spaces. This has not prevented us from being able to adapt to current needs, since all of them are equipped with heating and all kinds of functional services.
In front of the main door you will be greeted by a beautiful porch with a table and garden chairs that you will take advantage of in the months of good weather.
With a capacity for 8 people, the house has 4 double bedrooms and a bathroom. In an attempt to make the most of natural resources, the rooms are bright, with large windows and very practical as they have large built-in wardrobes. The largest one has a double bed as well as a glass window that runs along the wall from which it is possible to contemplate Letur. The rest of the bedrooms have 2 single beds, each.
On the ground floor are the common areas such as the kitchen, a charming corner that has curtains instead of doors to cover your closets. It is distributed in an L shape and has electrical appliances such as a washing machine, hob, refrigerator, etc.

The living room and the dining room share 55 m2 in which to sit at the table, relax on the sofas or warm up in the fireplace. It is a room in which the walls in yellow tones are combined with original brick columns

The old path that served as access to Letur is the place where El Parador was built, on the street, next to the hermitage and the viewpoint of the same name, so its location allows visitors to enjoy contact with the nature. Despite being on the outskirts of town, the distance to the old town or the natural pool is minimal, just 5 minutes, so it will be nice to enjoy the walk.

Singular town in the interior of the Comarca del Segura that has managed to preserve its heritage classified as "Historic-Artistic Complex". Just go to the center to discover the Gothic court of the Church (National Monument), its narrow streets or the remains of the old Cárabos neighborhood. Plagued by indoor bathing areas such as C harco Pataco, where in summer the freshness of its waters is appreciated.
Hidden landscapes with spectacular waterfalls such as the Cascada del Arroyo and the best views of the Segura Region from its viewpoints.
