Our house is waiting for you in the province of Girona, within the Autonomous Community of Catalonia, more specifically in the town of Calonge, which has a population that does not exceed 11 thousand inhabitants, a fact that favors the tranquility of the area, together with the spectacular beauty environment.

The facade of our home, of 2 floors, is painted in a garnet tone, making it stand out not only for its interior, but also for the exterior. On this exterior the surrounds a large garden covered by grass, creating a perfect natural environment.

Inside the garden we have a rectangular swimming pool with sun loungers, being accompanied by a covered porch with furniture and a fabulous construction barbecue, being able to spend an incredible day without moving from this area. We also have turf areas in which to spend good times and a large terrace. In the same way you will have parking area.

The capacity maxima of the house is up to 6 person s, so inside we find the following rooms and their features:

• A spacious salon and decorated with modern details, taking 2 leather sofas versus a t plasma elevation and a chimney slightly separated, creating a separate stay.

• A dining room with wooden table and chairs that is next to the living room, divided by steps that create separation between both rooms.

• Una fully equipped kitchen and prepared with the appliances y utensils that you could miss for your greater comfort. It is opened by a bow window to the dining room.

• 3 double bedrooms, one of them with double bed and the rest with single beds. are furnished to make it easy for you to unpack your bags.

• 2 full bathrooms and in unbeatable conditions, being one of them inside the marriage bedroom. They have wide shower trays and the towel set included.

Within the town itself you can walk through its streets and squares to soak up our culture and observe the beauty of our architecture, reflected in the Castle of Calonge, with a facade very well preserved in time, or the Monastery of Santa Maria of Ma r, of a unique and spectacular beauty.

We also propose you to visit M assís de les Cadiretes, a perfect place for lovers of nature, sports and pure air, as its landscapes offer endless possibilities. You could also spend a great day in one of our beautiful beaches, if the weather is good.
