Description of Casa Es Garrover

In the municipality of Manacor, in the east of the Island of Mallorca, we find a rural house built with materials typical of the island that will delight the most demanding travelers.

For those who come from the Peninsula or abroad, you will arrive at the house by road from the airport in less than an hour of journey. 

The façade of the house is simply spectacular: built with stone walls, the upper half is covered by a lush vegetation that makes it unique. 

The interior of the house is distributed in 2 plants, with the capacity to accommodate a maximum of 10 people. On the Ground Floor you will find:
  • A living room. The stone of the outside also extends on the interior walls of the room, which provide a very pleasant rural touch. In it, you will have television, chimney and sofas with floral motifs. 
  • A kitchen. in it you will have dishes and utensils and basic appliances, such as microwave and nevera combi.
  • 3 double bedrooms. where you will find a marriage bed well, or 2 individual beds. The rooms are characterized by their simplicity and functionality, with basic furniture to leave the luggage.
  • 2 bathrooms and a toilet. so that you do not have to put them in the suitcase, it has basic toilet and towels.
Going up the stairs to the first floor, you will access:
  • 2 double bedrooms. The upper floor bedrooms continue the decoration of the bedrooms on the ground floor, with rustic wooden furniture to match the roofs and soils.
  • A bathroom. So you don't have to go down to the ground floor, you will have a full bathroom on the first floor.
  • A terrace. From the upper floor terrace you will enjoy an incredible views to the gardens of the house. A perfect place to start the day and have breakfast.

As if that were not enough, leaving the outer you will find a great private garden with fruit trees and natural grass to knock down to the sun. In addition, there is an terrace area with barbecue, a pool, and a private garage

The surroundings of the house are perfect to enjoy family walks, travel the streets in ride a ride, or simply enjoy the views of nature.
