Its rooms are spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor, it is located:
- Living-dining room. It is a room full of charm: one of the walls keeps in view the brick of the walls, integrating the wood fireplace into it. On one of its sides there are some colorful sofas; to the other, a large dining table and a piece of furniture with flat screen TV.
- Kitchen. The details of brick and wood continue in the kitchen, covering their countertops and cupboards. In it, you will find pots, cutlery, crockery ... and other everyday utensils, in addition to latest generation appliances, such as washing machine or dishwasher.
- Double bedroom. This cozy bedroom consists of 2 beds of 90 cm unidas that are placed under an original arch with brick finishes. On the beds, there are several cushions in matching orange tones. It has a private bathroom, fully equipped.
- Toilet, a space equipped with what is necessary for daily cleaning.
- 2 Double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is decorated in bluish tones; while the other does it with pastel pink colors, matching the wall on which the bed is placed. Both have private bathroom, where you will find towels and courtesy items.
- A dormitory multiple, of style attic. In this spacious and bright room you will find a total of 4 beds individual, in addition to being able to incorporate extra beds. Like the other rooms, has its own bathroom.
