Casa Rural Laia

Our guests can have an old farmhouse located in the municipality of Polinyá de Xúnquer, in the province of Valencia

It was built in 1887 and completely rehabilitated in 2011. With an area of ​​500 square meters, it is perfect for large groups as it can accommodate up to 16 people.

We have 6 rooms distributed as follows:

• 2 rooms with double bed
• 1 room with double bed and own bathroom
• 2 rooms with 2 single beds
• 1 triple room
• 1 room with 4 single beds and own bathroom

All have a safe, television and access to a large common terrace (extra beds and cots for babies are also available upon request)
The rural house is completed with 4 bathrooms. In addition, the kitchen-office is equipped with everything you need, like the entire house, and has a double refrigerator, oven, microwave and table with chairs and the living room that becomes a good alternative to rest, with its sofas and tables, as well as its television with DVD and board games.

All rooms are arranged around the central patio with plants and flowers. There is also a terrace on the first floor with sun loungers and parasols, where you can sunbathe, a space dedicated to the barbecue and a porch with a wood-burning fireplace.
We also offer additional services such as pet admission.

The house is rented in its entirety and there is a 24-hour reception, for greater security of the premises.

Polinyá de Xúnquer belongs to the Ribera Baixa region and is a town of Iberian origin with a gastronomy based on rice (we recommend trying its fenolla). Some interesting places to visit are:

• Theparish church, which occupies the site of an old Arab mosque from the 11th century
• The old Monsalvá Mill (which worked by the force of water from the Junquer River)
• The hermitage of San Semastián, built in 1570

The region offers interesting routes to take, such as theWater Routeor the Rice Route (ends in theLa Albufera Natural Park)

Cullera is located 10 kilometers away and has numerous beaches to enjoy in the summer time or you can visit the natural environment of the Dragut Cave (legend has it that an authentic pirate hid his loot there)

Valencia is only 14 kilometers away (with all the services and activities of a large city) and 8 kilometers away you can practice golf in La Galiana
