Casa Rural Laia

Our guests can have an old farm house located in the municipality of Polinyá de Xúnquer, in the province of Valencia

It was built on 1887 and completely reinstated in the year 2011. With an extension of 500 square meters, it is perfect for large groups as they can be accommodated up to 16 people.

We have 6 rooms distributed as follows:

• 1 room with single bed
• 1 room with double bed and own bathroom
• 3 rooms with 2 single beds
• 1 room with 4 single beds and own bathroom

All have safe, television and access to a common apmlia terrace (also available extra beds and baby cots for babies if requested)

The rural house is completed with 4 bathrooms. It is also the kitchen-office is equipped with everything you need, like the whole house, and has a double fridge, oven, microwave and table with chairs and the living room that becomes a good alternative to rest, with its sofas and tables, as well as for your TV with DVD and your table games.

All rooms are arranged around the central courtyard with plants and flowers. There is also a terrace on the first floor with sun beds and umbrellas, where you can sunbathe, a space dedicated to the barbecue and a porch with fireplace de firewood.

We also offer additional services such as the pet admission or the possibility of using XX
The house is rented fully and there is a 24-hour reception, for greater security of the site.

Polinyá de Xúnquer belongs to the region of Ribera Baixa y is a village of Íbero origin with a gastronomy based on the rice (we recommend trying its phenolla ). Some interesting places to visit are:

• La parish church, which occupies the site of an old Arab mosque of the nineteenth centuryXXL2
• The old Mill of Monsalvá (that worked by the force of the water coming from the river Junquer)
• The hermitage of San Semastián, built in 1570

The region offers interesting routes to perform, such as XX
Cullera is located 10 kilometers away and has several beaches to enjoy during the summer season or you can visit the natural environment of Dragut cave (the legend has it that an authentic pirate hid it in it)

Valencia is only 14 kilometers away (with all the services and activities of a large city) and 8 kilometers away you can practice golf en La Galiana
